This is one of the rarest Rene Clair films. A bank clerk's dream takes him on a magical adventure to Notre Dame and a fairy takes him to Fairyland. Two colleagues and a bank typist named Lucie are also taken there, but a bad fairy is jealous of Lucie and changes her into a mouse. The clerk is transformed into a dog, but when they all visit the Musee Grevin the waxworks come to life and the clerk is transformed to normal.
